
This fall, your El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will join the nationwide celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month with the 2011 Fiesta Celebration and Piñata Bash with the Rhythms of Salsa El Paso Style on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the Historic Camino Real Hotel beginning at 6:00 p.m. The celebration of will recognize the efforts of made by the borderland business community, will celebrate the future wave of business leadership and will feature the best of Business and Salsa in El Paso.
“Celebrating the individuals who encompass the future potential of our community, our next wave of business leadership, our entrepreneurs who champions of their own destiny, who employ local El Pasoans and those who create new opportunities for our business community, is what our Fiesta Celebration is all about! We need to celebrate our businesses and the community that allows us to keep the entrepreneurial spirit alive,” said Cindy Ramos-Davidson, Chief Executive Officer of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
A new feature of the 2011 Fiesta Celebration and Piña Bash will include the launch of the Jovenes Empresarios: Young Entrepreneurs Program which will highlight the future wave of business in El Paso. The launch of the new business program will be made in conjunction to the keynote presentation by nationally recognized attorney, real-estate investor and entrepreneur George P. Bush.
“We are very fortunate that we have the participation of a powerful, vibrant and nationally recognized young businessman to help us launch the premier young entrepreneur program in El Paso,” said Alexandra Swann, Chair of the Board for El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
The 2011 Fiesta Celebration will also commemorate an El Pasoan and local organization with the 2011 Vision of Excellence and the Moving Forward Award. Through these recognitions, the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce honors local groups and individuals who have become an inspiration to the El Paso Community and aided in taking our city and our future to a new level.
Another acknowledgement that will be bestowed during the Annual Chamber Celebration is the Moving Forward Award. This recognition is granted to an organization or individual that represents the best of El Paso.

We would be remised not to celebrate our cultural heritage and the future of our community, made possible by our up and coming business leaders. During our annual celebration we will join Hispanics across the country in the celebration of Hispanic Heritage, culture and achievement,” said Cindy Ramos-Davidson, CEO of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
The celebration will close with the Sultry Sounds of El Paso’s Best Salsa Musicians and a celebratory dance for all to enjoy!
The Annual 2011 Fiesta Celebration will take place on October 15, 2011 at the Camino Real Hotel in Downtown El Paso. The event will honor and recognize the success, vision and entrepreneurial spirit of business in our border region, and will include drinks, dinner and dancing to a private concert by the Best Salsa Band in El Paso! Reception: 6:00pm, Dinner: 7:00pm, Performance: 9:30pm.
